These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Regional Safety Expo Australia website and to registrations and purchases for Regional Safety Expo Australia events ("Event").
Regional Safety Expo Australia is operated by Synergy Safety Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 11 672 184 833 ("we", "us", "our"). When you purchase a ticket, exhibitor booth or sponsorship, you are contracting with Synergy Safety Solutions Pty Ltd unless we state otherwise in writing.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the website, registering for the Event, or purchasing any ticket, exhibitor booth, or sponsorship, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Website use
You must not:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the website (including hacking, scraping or introducing malware)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
• Infringe our intellectual property rights
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and downloadable materials, is owned or licensed by us. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce or commercialise any content without our written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may include links to third-party websites or services (including exhibitors, sponsors, venues and ticketing providers). We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Tickets and registrations
7.1 Ticketing platform
Tickets for entry to the Event are sold through Sticky Tickets (stickytickets.com.au). Your purchase may also be subject to Sticky Tickets' terms and conditions. Where there is a conflict between Sticky Tickets' terms and these Terms regarding the Event, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
7.2 Prices and GST
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
7.3 Entry requirements
You must present a valid ticket (for example, a QR code) to enter. We may request identification and may refuse entry where we reasonably believe a ticket is invalid, has been tampered with, or was obtained fraudulently.
8. No refunds (tickets)
All tickets are non-refundable, including where you change your mind, can no longer attend, or do not use your ticket. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
9. Event changes, postponement or cancellation
We may make reasonable changes to the Event, including changes to the program, speakers, session times, exhibitors, sponsors, venue layout, or other operational matters. Such changes do not generally entitle you to a refund.
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date (or dates). If you cannot attend the rescheduled Event, your ticket remains non-refundable, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we cancel the Event and do not reschedule it within a reasonable period, we will provide refunds or other remedies to the extent required by law.
10. Transfers
If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, contact us at [email protected]. We may allow transfers at our discretion and may require updated attendee details.
11. Code of conduct and safety
You must:
• Behave respectfully and not harass, threaten or discriminate against others
• Follow all reasonable directions from event staff, venue staff and security
• Comply with venue rules and any safety or WHS requirements
• Not bring prohibited items to the venue
We may refuse entry or remove any person who breaches these Terms or behaves in a way that we consider unsafe or inappropriate. Where a person is removed, tickets remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
12. Photography and recording
We may photograph or record the Event for operational and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge you may appear in photos or video. Opt-out method: Tell staff at the entry check-in that you wish to opt out of photography/recording. We will note your preference and take reasonable steps to avoid capturing and using your image, but we cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally in the background.
13. Privacy and sponsor networking
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In particular, our Headliner Sponsor and Trailblazer Sponsors will receive details of other sponsors, booth holders and entrants (attendees) to support event engagement and networking, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Exhibitors and sponsors
Exhibitor booth bookings and sponsorships are subject to availability and our acceptance. Specific inclusions, pricing, payment timing and any cancellation terms may be set out on the website, in a proposal, on an invoice, or in a separate written agreement. If there is any inconsistency, the separate written agreement (if any) will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with all venue rules, bump-in/bump-out requirements, and relevant safety and WHS obligations. You are responsible for your staff, contractors and any materials you bring to the Event.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that website content is complete or current. Information provided on the website is general in nature and should not be relied on as professional advice.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity or business interruption) arising from use of the website or attendance at the Event.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which the Event is held.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the website with an updated "Last updated" date.
