We do not sell personal information.

7. Sharing details with Headliner and Trailblazer Sponsors

To support event engagement and networking, our Headliner Sponsor and Trailblazer Sponsors will receive details of other sponsors, booth holders and entrants (attendees).

These details may include:

• Name, business/organisation name, role/title

• Business contact details such as email address and phone number

We do not share payment details with sponsors. Sponsors must handle personal information they receive in accordance with their own privacy obligations.

We will clearly disclose this sharing at the point of collection (for example, on registration and exhibitor booking forms). If you do not want your details shared in this way, contact us at [email protected] before registering and we will advise available options.

8. Event photography and video

We (and our contractors) may take photographs and video recordings at the Expo for operational and promotional purposes (for example, social media, website content and future event marketing).

Opt-out method: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please tell staff at the entry check-in. We will note your preference and take reasonable steps to avoid capturing and using your image. However, we cannot guarantee you will not appear incidentally in the background of photos or

recordings.

9. Direct marketing

We may send you updates and marketing communications about the Expo (and related offerings) where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

10. Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, measure performance, and understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

11. Overseas disclosure
